Coghlan Crowson, LLP is a law firm of nine attorneys based in Longview, Texas, providing a full range of legal services throughout East Texas and Arkansas. The law firm has earned a reputation for providing excellent legal services in complex matters at rates that result in real value for their clients.

We offer full service legal representation in matters relating to commercial transactions, oil, gas and mineral law, wills and probate.

The firm is a successor firm to the law firm of Coghlan, Crowson, Robertson & Ylitalo formed in 1986, Coghlan, Crowson & Fitzpatrick formed in 1992, and Coghlan, Crowson, Fitzpatrick, Westbrook & Worthington, LLP formed in 2000. The name was changed with the addition of new partners in 2006 to Coghlan Crowson, LLP

The firm has established an "AV" rating with Martindale-Hubbell and is included in the directory of recommended attorneys from A.M. Best Company.
